Your security is important to us. Before you can access your patient portal, you’ll need to…

  • Enter a parent/guardian’s email address
  • Choose a secure password
  • Select a security question that you won’t forget.
  • Call our office to get a unique PIN number for each of your children’s accounts.
  • Enter the PIN(S) for each account and accept the terms and conditions.

In order to process your request and follow up with you as quickly as possible, please contact your pharmacy to request your prescription refills.
We aim to reply to any portal messages within three business days.
We will respond to any appointment requests made through the portal with a phone call. Please be sure to include the best number to reach you when you send your message!
