Our Pediatric Concierge Program gives you access to your child’s doctor 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! You can reach your pediatric concierge medicine provider via phone, text, and video call, as well as in-office visits.

No, this program is an optional extra service offered by our boutique pediatric practice. All three physicians accept insurance and enrollment in this program is not required. 

If your doctor is on vacation (this will not exceed 14 days per year), they will provide instructions and contact information for any urgent issues.

Additional expenses such as lab tests, office visits, telehealth visits, ER visits, hospitalizations, or prescription medications are not included in the membership fee and will be billed to your insurance.

No, pediatric concierge medicine is not a substitute for health insurance. It is a feature that can be added on to our patients’ plans for added convenience. For pricing please contact our office.

Our pediatric concierge services are available only for Orange County families that are existing patients of our boutique pediatric practice.
