No. This program is available to all families whose permanent residence is in the state of California.

Yes. Video visits are available wherever your student is living, so they can see their own doctor from a dorm, apartment, or anywhere else school takes them.

Our College Concierge clinicians’ time away won’t exceed 14 days a year, and you’ll get clear instructions on who to contact for anything urgent in the meantime.

Labs, office visits, telehealth visits, ER visits, hospitalizations, and prescriptions are billed to insurance separately; this fee covers the access, not the care itself.

No. This is an add-on for families who want their student to stay connected to a doctor while away, not a replacement for their health plan.
