Annie Shugarman is a nationally certified physician assistant with a passion for teaching families how to eat healthy and stay active together.

After completing her undergraduate studies at Cal State Long Beach, Annie completed PA school at Western University of Health Sciences and received her master’s in physician assistant studies.

Annie has over 18 years of experience working for a large medical group in Long Beach, predominantly in an urgent care environment, and worked for a pediatrics group in Orange County for around 15 years before joining Ocean Pediatrics.

When she is not looking after patients, you’re likely to find Annie running, hiking or cooking and spending time with her husband and three kids.
