A Southern California native, Lesli is a national board-certified pediatric nurse practitioner with over 20 years of experience in providing exceptional care to children, from birth through adolescence.

She graduated summa cum laude from UCLA in 2002 reflecting her commitment to excellence in her field. She has gained years of experience working as a CPNP in the Children’s Hospital of Orange County’s primary care clinics in Santa Ana. There, she managed the healthcare needs of children of all ages, worked closely with adolescents in the teen clinic, and often went out into the community in CHOC’s mobile healthcare clinic, picking up medical Spanish along the way. Lesli also spent time working with the Orange County Rescue Mission to provide healthcare to children and their families in need before working for a local pediatrics group with Dr.  Steven Abelowitz for the past 18 years, and joining Ocean Pediatrics in 2025.

Lesli’s passion for pediatric care, combined with her family-oriented lifestyle, makes her a compassionate advocate for the health and well-being of every child she serves. In addition to seamlessly performing physical exams for patients from infancy through adolescence, Lesli is talented at providing comprehensive healthcare services to children and their families. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and creating cherished memories with her husband and their four daughters.
