Dr. Allen is a board-certified pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics with almost a decade of experience working in Orange County. Known for always prioritizing compassion and empathy, she takes an intentional and personalized approach with each family and patient she encounters from those first few days after birth through young adulthood.

Dr. Allen graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a degree in biological sciences and completed her pediatric residency training at Rutgers/New Jersey School of Medicine, before moving to California in 2017 to be closer to family and enjoy the year-round sunshine.

Although she welcomes patients of all ages, Dr. Allen takes a special interest in newborn and early childhood pediatrics — the most rapid and critical periods for growth and development in a child’s life.

Originally from Boston, Dr. Allen now resides in Laguna Niguel with her husband, three young children, and golden retriever. In her free time, you’re likely to find her hiking, exercising and watching her kids sporting events.
